Rolled Ballscrews

Table 9.5 shows the lead accuracy and the maximum axial play of HIWIN's precision rolled ballscrews. The lead accuracy is measured by accumulated lead error of each 300mm length. These ballscrews can be preloaded like precision ground ballscrews. The axial play can be made to zero.

HIWIN's high precision rolled ballscrew have one accuracy grade and it has the same lead accuracy as our precision ground ballscrews with exception that the geometrical tolerance and the variation of preload drag torque is less accurate than the relative grade precision ground ballscrews. Table 9.8 shows the lead accuracy of HIWIN's high precision rolled ballscrew.
